The idea of physical fitness is related to the organic capacity of a person to efficiently carry out an activity that involves the use of the body. The person with an organic deficiency may not have the physical fitness to perform specific actions. Those who have good physical fitness achieve to perform exercises for an extended period without experiencing symptoms of fatigue and then effort to recover in a short period.

Fitness – Concept

To determine the level of physical fitness, body composition, and its relationship with blood lipids of the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas students, after participating in a physical exercise program planned at 50% and 70% of cardiac intensity, respectively.

Specific objectives

Evaluate the level of physical fitness of the subjects that make up the study sample through a pre-test.

Measure the subjects’ body composition that makes up the study sample.

Guide an aerobic exercise program with 50-70% of maximum cardiac capacity intensities.

To measure the level of physical fitness of the subjects that make up the sample of the subsequent study of the aerobic exercise program.

Determine the subjects’ body composition that makes up the study sample after the aerobic exercise program.

Measure the values of blood lipids through laboratory tests before and after the application of the aerobic exercise program.

Fitness: physical activity and health

If done regularly and systematically with at least medium intensity, physical exercise has a beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system, the heart, and the cardiovascular system.

It is known for sure that moderate physical loads improve the function of the cardiovascular system. In addition, there are convincing arguments for supposing that the exchange of cholesterol is normalized with such loads. The risk of it being deposited on the vessel walls decreases, and, consequently, the risk of developing atherosclerosis decreases.

One of the molecular mechanisms of such form of protection against atherosclerosis consists that as muscle activity increases, protein synthesis is intensified, that is, high-density lipoproteins (HDL), which are “cholesterol-collecting proteins”, lipoprotein complexes not only of muscle activity but also of people’s living conditions and hereditary factors.

Physical health and mental health

Health can be recognized and analyzed from two perspectives: physical and mental health. I recommend exercising regularly and having a balanced and healthy diet with various nutrients and proteins.

Fitness is something that a person develops over time. It refers to the ability of a person to perform some physical activity. It is about the natural condition human beings have to do exercise. Value can be improved through practice and effort.

Every person has a different physical quality for what they do best. The quality is, one must have good physical fitness, which, among other components, consists of aerobic capacity and Flexibility.

Aerobic capacity is the capacity of the body to do long-term physical activities and be of low or high intensity with an estimated time of three to four minutes. The most crucial thing of training is mainly responsible for immediately eliminating accumulated fat from the body.

Whoever exercises in this way will notice how the circumferences of his body, especially the abdomen, begin to be reduced. The training of the subjects are  after applying the medical and functional.

Flexibility

Flexibility is dependent on muscle resistance and joint mobility in the body. Whatever physiological reasons, women have more excellent elasticity than men. Many factors also help Flexibility: genetic legacy, age. The smaller you are in age, the more elasticity your body has. Other essential factors are the temperature of the environment and muscle temperature. It is always vital to warm up before doing any physical activity and never demand too much from the muscles, as this would cause significant damage to them, even irreversible.

In addition to set up of these two factors, physical fitness , that develops from:

Muscle resistance: Muscular resistance is the number of times it carries out each training. The body itself has resistance, but it must repeatedly carry out the resistance in the upper part of the body.

Muscular strength: It can perform a certain amount of force to achieve better resistance in a single effort.

Joint mobility: All Muscles, bone structures, and tendons  are  in joint each other mobility. The joints must be strong through physical activity. Other factors cannot be qualified if they are not in good condition, such as muscular resistance.

Anaerobic potential: These are short-time activities with a high level of intensity. Muscle power refers to the amount of training and work done in a given time. In athletes, it is of the utmost importance to have good muscular power training since they will be able to stand out in certain activities with it.

The importance of physical fitness

To create a primary physical aptitude, physical fitness is necessary to develop non-competitive exercises, such as walking or jogging. On the other point, the athlete must have optimal physical fitness for professional sports since his body to great effort.

Most possible to improve physical fitness through training. Also developing qualities such as muscle strength and elongation, aerobic capacity and joint mobility, the individual improves their physical fitness and thus achieves higher performance.

Evaluation to reduce risks

It must be look  into account that, to know the physical aptitude of each one and enhance, also necessary to consult a doctor and a physical Faculty .Execution exercises without control are risky for health.

Adults’ subject is Reshape so that their contents cover in a theoretical-practical way. What constituted a tool aimed at expanding self-knowledge in students, taking into account that the programs contents of the course focus on four units fundamentally general health and well-being, the importance of physical fitness in health, modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors, nutrition for general well-being.
