Aesthetics, which is fundamentally define as a philosophical theory of formal beauty.  And the feeling that it awakens in the human being, belongs to the logical reasoning of man and the fundamental principles of humanity, and that is magnifier when attached to these beginning.

What Are Aesthetics and Examples?

Aesthetics has different meanings depending on the context in which it is using, although they all revolve around the perception of beauty. In everyday contexts, it refers to the physical appearance of a person, a thing or space. For example: “Putting the garbage can in the door affects the aesthetics of the facade.”

Aesthetics is the branch of philosophy dedicated to studying beauty in its essence (what it is) and perception (where it is found). The latter includes other aspects such as aesthetic experience and aesthetic judgement.

In general, aesthetics seeks to study and understand the beautiful. From a philosophical point of view, you could appreciate it as a branch of study. If philosophy seeks to understand the man and his environment, beauty is found naturally and is an inherent aspect of man.

Types

There is no single way to categorize the aesthetic, so there are no types of aesthetics. As we explained before, the very concept of what is beautiful has changed enormously from one age to another. And therefore what we consider aesthetic or beautiful today, in other times, would possibly have been considering ugly, mundane or incomprehensible.

However, we can broadly distinguish between classical aesthetics, medieval aesthetics, modern aesthetics and contemporary aesthetics, understanding. This classification as an idea of what is beautiful and visually value, especially in the discipline of art, throughout the different eras of humanity

The classic aesthetic:

It is typical of the ancient peoples, especially the Greco-Roman civilization, since the idea of the beauty of Ancient Greece and the Romans is the foundation of future notions of beauty in the West.

The beautiful, the good and the true were the same things, and their nature had to do with measure, harmony, justice and adaptation to an ideal which for philosophers like Plato came from the hand of the gods.

The Modern Aesthetic:

The Renaissance broke with the Christian tradition and would vindicate the classical. Within the framework of the ideas of humanism and the Clarification. which had human reason as a central concept.

Thus, the images of the beauty of the time were debate between what was plan, structure, symmetrical and harmonic, which thought beauty was base on perfection, and what was subjective, visceral, daring and original.

Aesthetic Qualities

Aesthetic qualities are those characteristics of an object so that it can be call “beautiful”. In other words, they are those elements that make it valuable, appreciable, relevant or transcendent.

The qualities must be in the object, but the viewer must also perceive them: the aesthetic is what we like to smell in things.

sensory qualities.

That makes an object pleasing to the senses, such as its texture, colours, brightness, timbre, etc.

These qualities are perceiving through the senses and depend on the pleasure they cause to the person who perceives them. For example, the notes of a musical melody produce pleasure when perceive.

formal qualities.

They have to do with how the elements that compose it are combine in the object or the relationship that can be perceiving between them. For example, the combination of words that make up a poem or how the spots in a painting interrelate.

Relationship Between Aesthetics And Art

Art is a somewhat mysterious activity for humanity since it has no practical use. Still it is one of its great treasures, capable of transmitting to future generations. Many of the ideas perceptions and experiences of the past unique way, through the aesthetic experience.

Art has the sole purpose of giving the observer a sense of the beauty of the aesthetic. It may be due to the evocation of concrete realities.

Conclusion

Aesthetics is a philosophical discipline that at the very least, should be able to explain to us three types .What a work

of art is, what happens when something excites us aesthetically. And how creativity and sensitivity are organize socially.
